Would you be willing to pull the engine and at least remove the oil pan and flush the engine. I just don't think you should start it anymore and risk damage.your lucky so far. If you don't do that kind of work yourself, you should have a pro look at it before running it again.In the meantime it probably wouldn't hurt to flush some more oil through it.

Everything is coming out. I think the engine is Ok now, oil looks decent.
