   Thanks to those who responded to my posting.  I appreciate the help and advice.  At this point we are sanding the boat and preping for a new paint job.  At this point we are leaning toward restoring and keeping the boat, but is always nice to know whatr you have from a value standpoint.  I will post some pics when I get a chance.

P.S.  There are a few items that I beieve to be original that for budget reasons I may sell. The clock is one of them.  Any interest let me know?
