Exhaust Y Pipe?

   I recently removed my Centek exhaust baffle box with a Y Pipe from Centek. On my 96 Nautique. I didn't like the lack of sound with the box. With the Y Pipe it sounds awasome
at idle but at 20mph to 25 a little loud like a straight pipe. 
Has anyone switched to the Y Pipe and maybe tried some sort of inline muffler of baffle?
