Tanner,
If you can't find the glass, most will go a glass shop and have one cut. |

Yea I've asked a few shops here where I'm located and they said they couldn't cut curved glass?

I guess those "glass" shops don't know glass!! The glass is cut flat tempered and then bent (curved) by the frame!!!!

When Uncle Todd's Banana Boats windshield was broken this spring I think it was Art who told us how easy they are to break when curving them. IIRC Todd sourced another windshield rather than attempt

There are 1,000's of boats made by correct craft over the years with that straight glass. The glass is 1/8" thick and bends in the frame pretty easy. Any glass shop can do it. I had one done a couple years ago for $200 or so.

I had an extra that Uncle Todd got from me. Yes Art was telling us about how you install the glass. The process to me is a little nerve racking! lol If you never done it before you better have an extra glass on hand!

Have done my fair share of glass replacement. As long as you do not hit the edge it will not break. Have glass on good packing quilt and put rubber on glass and spray silicone on the rubber and start at one end and push metal frame down on the glass and it will bend to match the metal. Do the same to the other side and than do the ends and install the screws and there you go. Should be able to do it in hour or lest. Hope this helps
