Sounds to me like you'll know if your problem is gone next time you start the engine after it's cooled off completely.

Use a good battery like the one from your other boat or in other words don't swap back to your questionable battery.

Keep them fingers crossed.

I have had some similar issues with EFI on last falls fuel, hopefully you stored with minimal fuel, add 5 gallons of fresh premium with some seafoam and run that old fuel out of the system.
