What started as a re-upolstery and carpet job is now officially a resoration. By the time I'm done I will have not only done the flloor, carpet and upholstery but I'm going to change the stripes to black and gray, replace the steering and throtle cables, rewire the dash, and add a new stereo. Every always wants pix, so heres a few "before" photos
The good news is that we have a spae boat! I bought this 89SN with the intention of turning it quickly, now were keeping it until the other is ready. Its been great for us. 
My goal is to have the Martinique done by the end of September. So keep me honset guys. |

The floor on a Martinique is totally different from the floor design I've seen in photos from nautique owners. The stringers (just below the manifold) look new. The wood running perpendicular to the sringers are plywood forms which I suppose keep the foam in place and give a little extra support for the floor? The whole thing is glass over foam with the only plywood floor being two small pieces under the front seats.
So what am i doing wrong wih the pictures? By the time I reduce the file size for the server they are so small. Tim |

Same style floor is in the 87 and 88 Nautiques as well.Kind of weird to think that foam supports so much weight.I will post some pics of my missing floor when I get a chance.
P.S. Got my interior back yesterday...Now I have work to do. |

Tim, my 75 Mustang underway looks a lot like this. On 79 skinautique's page, it looked like he went back with marine plywood and then glassed it in.
