There is a company called Hi-Tek out of Australia that makes stainless steel headers for marine applications.

Multiple options from these guys, and as with anything marine, you can spend as much as you'd like .... and then some
 CPP exhaust systems These have proven, dyno results that are awesome, just not sure they would fit under the doghouse .... and they are very pricey but do have multiple options for riser exits CMI Stainless tube |
