Any information you can give me about my new boat would be greatly appreciated! I am new to this whole boat thing and picked this Correct Craft up for $350. The engine works great, but the interior is gonna need some work. Also, any place you know of for parts would be a big help. ex. front railing

Brigham,
I'd say it's a early 70's. (70 to 74) What parts are you looking for. If you tell us, I know we can sent you in the proper direction. Where have you been looking? |

Oh my gosh, I can't believe someone responded!!! Thank you!
I am mainly looking for original parts like railing, electrical, gauges, windshield related parts, etc. The big thing with the year is so I can get it registered as the guy I bought it from had lost the title and had no clue about it's make/model/year. Again, thank you for all the help! |

Starting in 1972, boats in the US got a universal format hull ID number (or VIN). If that's a 72 or newer, the ID number should be on the starboard stern. The last two digits of that number will be the model year.

The number you're looking for is on the outside of the hull, probably just below the rub rail, on the transom - most likely on the starboard side.

That is great news! Do you have Freeport you are parting out or do you just have some spare parts?
Thank you, |
