I have a 99 Air w/ PCM GT40 which tripped the 15A circuit breaker on engine right after restarting. Engine died. Reset breaker, repeat. I have been told this might be a failed the low pressure fuel pump. Pump resistance measures 3.2 ohms which seems low. What is normal reading for a good pump? I cannot find a wiring diagram for this year/model. Where can I get a wiring diagram? What is this CB for?
