Kapla,
His name is Andre De Villers.I believe he is from South Africa. He skis and instructs for Barefoot Central and Eagle Wetsuits just outside Houston Tx., and yes he is a real bad-a$$! He's also responcible for the recnt surge in interest in what he calls free-style barefooting which you saw in the video. There are several really cool videos of him and others barefooting at http://www.barefootcentral.com - Barefoot Central . The owners of Barefoot Central also own Eagle Wetsuits, which you can now also get a discount on through CCF.
