Dashcam video captured the moment an unsecured load flew off the Swim Platform and struck a motorcyclist. The SUV that was hauling what appeared to be a rolled-up foam floating pad behind an Air Nautique did not stop following the incident,

Thankfully, the biker only had minor injuries and one report said the boat owner turned himself in and is cooperating with authorities.
