Anybody know what screws are used to attach the black aluminum step plate on a NWZ hull?   Mine was removed at some point, and I don't know if I need to attach with screws and nuts or does it use sheetmetal type screws?

Kris - do you mean the two pieces that actually hold up the swim platform?

I assume that you are asking about the black step plate that is at the top of the "slant back" correct? Mine is mounted with six (6) black counter-sunk flat head screws. If you want, I can send you a picture.

JQ, you are correct.   The black plate on the top of the slant back.

The countersunk head part I am good with, but I need to know what kind of threads and how long the screws are.    If they are coarse thread, or machine thread with a nut on the back side.    If there is a nut, I'll likely have to pull the fuel tank to re-install.

I'm 99.9% sure there is nothing on the other side of that plate. I'll look in my box of goodies tonight and see if I have a baggie labeled something like, "Step plate" with some screws in it.
