The fuel pump doesn't run when key is turned to on. No power at the leads either. Any suggestions? Is this power source from a certain circuit breaker? I have 12 volts everywhere else.

Hope like hell its the fuel pump relay! Little black ice cube looking part... theres two, they are cheap so replace them both.

Theres a circuit breaker for the fuel pump that could be tripped as well, if it is then the low pressure pump is probably on its way out or fried.   But nothing is as easy a swapping out a relay - there are a few good threads describing the test and replace process - ill link one tomorrow if no one beats me to it.

Thanks Joe. Low pressure pump seems to run when I put 12 volts to via a jumper wire.

I might be a bit late to this conversation.... but have you also checked the fuse by the battery? ive had this happen a few times and if i remember correctly it kept the fuel pumps from priming. might be worth a check with a multimeter. Try setting your multimeter to ohms and touch the two leads together. you should get a reading higher than zero. then place the fuse between the two leads... if your reading is the same i think the fuse is ok. if it reads 0 ohms it is blown. Again trying to recall from memory on how to do that so i hope im correct.
