Well, today was 2nd happy day as they say.

We just weren't using the Ski Nautique much so it went to a new home.

A couple from our local ski team bought it.

I want to thank everyone of the site for the support & insight these last 10 years.

I'll probably be lurking still . . .

If you're lurking ..........................

Do you still have the jet aluminum boat?

Yes

I updated it from the polaris 2 stroke to a yamaha 4 stroke 110 hp.

I am going to try pulling my wife on wakeboard behind it when water warms up.

She doesn't jump, just does butter slides.

I have a homemade extended pylon ready to go.

My shoulder is bad, I am lucky I can still work the throttle.

Thanks for asking.

That was one of the most interesting project boats here on CCF with the Polaris engine.

You're on some site for boats like that, that I can't remember the name of.

Assuming you lurk some more, do you think you could put a link to that site.

You're gonna find it hard to leave, so don't bother leaving

Chris,
Just as Ken mentioned, stick around and continue with adding to the site Just because the boat is gone, doesn't mean you have to go too.

It looked like it was priced to sell, I only saw it on Craigslist yesterday. Stick around but also "bon voyage"

Chris it's sad to see that beautiful red SN leave the family. I hope it went to caring hands . You got me into team red 5 years ago but it feels like yesterday.

Someone on the Huskies buy it? (I grew up behind that boat, I like to know where it's going)

Hi Mike - a couple with the Water Hawks now have it.

Do you still have that photo of it pulling the big pyramid?

I was looking for it but couldn't find it.

Thanks Mike!

It's fun passing on some history - it is not just a boat, it is someone's memories!

Sad day Chris it was a beautiful boat. But I am quite partial to red 89's

Make sure you hang around though and if you ever get down under remember the open invite to any CCFan members

We going to have to get a ruling but I'm not so sure you can just "quit" Team Red. Like the Outlaws or the Mob there are strict guidelines. At the bare minimum the dues you are paying now will likely be doubled. Hope to still see you around Chris

I am very humbled and thankful to be the new owner of the 89 nautique. I would like to thank Chris for taking awesome care of the nautique and for everything he did to it and the trailer. I know I have a lot to learn and hope to take great care of her. Thanks for the pictures also!!!
