After 45 minutes and a dozen or so runs this morning, Annie McGinnis taught me I'm not 25 years old anymore! I will sleep well!

A dozen or so?! After 5 sets, put a fork in me 'cause I'm done.

(58 years under my belt doesn't help...)

Slalom?

Drop everyone other pass. Definitely in the boat after 6 if I even make it that far.

I ski 8 passes per set, two sets/day at 71 years old. Gym 3 days week, cardio 6 days/week. You really have to prepare for slalom. Train 8 months per year. Lots of fun and a good reason to live healthy.

Hey B, no I was down in Lauderdale on a layover, and skied at McGinnis. I haven't been up to Zoar yet. Want to get together sometime? Shoot me an email.
