will gt40 p heads work on a 351 in an 82 ski nautique.I read somewhere the spark plug angle was a problem relative to exhaust manifolds

You read it on a car site, not an issue on either of the design manifolds you would have possibly had in 82. Some parts change, lots of write ups and builds on this site use them and they are a very worthwhile upgrade.

For 351 application you might have to have the head bolt holes opened up if the heads came off a 302..

Put a set of these on when I rebuilt the lower end on our 81 some years back. Only had to open up head bolt holes a little. A good dual plane manifold and these heads make a nice performance improvement.
