I pulled the air intake and throttle body off of my 97 Sport GT40 yesterday to install the new injectors. One of the square gaskets that go between the throttle body and the multi-port air manifold tore while removing. These are about 5" square with about a 3" circle in the middle. Any idea where I can get one?

I also swapped out the hi flow fuel pump in the fuel cell. When I turned the key on after the fuel pump swap it still doesn't kick the pump on to spin up the fuel pressure. Does the fuel cell need to be full of fuel to activate the HP pump? Or do I have a bad fuse or tripped breaker somewhere? I checked the three red push button breakers on the back of the engine already. Next I will swap out the other fuel pump.

The PCM part number is RM0235.

I'd figure a PCM dealer should be helpful.

Trying to match it to an automotive part number might be tough.

Here's a link to a place that may or may not actually have one. Cheap price, but I won't comment on their shipping charges

You still have an electrical issue somewhere as far as pump power goes.

Fel-Pro does list gaskets for the 351W
You can use FMEcat.com and enter the part number one at a time
Click on the part number after it comes (up in blue print) and it will open a picture of that part.
You can compare to yours and get the one needed.
It looks like the truck F150 Lightning used a similar intake to our GT40 fuel injection.
If these are not the same look up the Ford Mustang 302 gaskets, one will match yours.
351W
Options
60845   Throttle Body Mounting Gasket
71216    Throttle body mount

MS94176 Upper intake manifold set

MS95952-1 Lower Set and Upper set Intake Manifold Gasket Set

If it was me I'd try a Mahle G31124 or Felpro 70262 gasket.

Or cross reference to whatever you want. Available at most any car parts place

It's for a 65 mm throttle body which is what yours is on the GT40.

It's for an 86 (and some other years ) 302 Mustang in the car world

Make sure you update the thread with whatever works for you

I ordered the throttle body gasket from my local (2 hours away) Nautique dealer, who ordered them from PCM
