I’ve got a 2004 216 and I’ve been having some gauge issues.  When I bought the boat last year the volt, fuel and oil pressure gauges didn’t work but the temp, speedo and tach worked fine.  I checked the gateway box and there was no water so I figured I just needed a few new gauges.  

I finally found some replacement gauges and went to get in the boat yesterday and of course all of the gauges are now out.  I checked the gateway box and still no water.  The only thing that has changed is that I installed a new radio which was pretty straight forward and I can’t imagine I screwed anything up that would affect the gauges.

I would love to save the gateway box if possible and avoid the $1,000 conversion kit, anyone have any pointers for trouble shooting this issue??
