On my 87 BFN is a 14x14 Rh prop with a 1 inch shaft. Shaft size I am pretty sure about but would have to go look to be positive. Anyway I keep coming across all these posts about acme props, I have been to a couple different site but have not found an acme prop in a 14x14 size.
Any help that can be offered I would be greatful. Thanks in advance.

I would go with a 470. 12.5 x 15, the 654 has the same dimensions + 1 blade and $15.

I would call Acme and get their recommendation. The 470 is really meant for the 1.23:1 boats, but your 454 may be able to turn it. What are you getting for max RPM now?

the 470 is also recommended for the big block motors besides the 1.23:1 trannies even thou I use it on my 1:1 set-up.
