Includes the 8 screws for mounting to the boat but not the 2 thumbscrews for securing the bimini to the mount. Also have 2 sets of 4 stainless bimini tie down clips with screws. $9 for a set of 4. Free shipping from TX to US. This should be less than 1/2 of retail. I over ordered when I bought my bimini this year. I have pictures if you are interested.
