Hey All,

Installed a GT40 into the 88 2001 and am in the process of finishing the fuel system. I removed the tank so we could get it cleaned, fit another fitting for a return line and check it out.

Is there anything I should replace before reinstalling?

I noticed the pickup does not have a filter/screen over the end of it, I have seen people mention that theirs do. The gas gauge works fine and everything looks ok when I pulled it out. I checked out the ball/spring thing on the pickup and it is in perfect shape. Moves real easy, so should be no problems there.

Anything else?

95, Sorry for the late responce but I just spotted your post. The only thing I can think of is to repack the rudder stuffing box.
