After selling my 1979 Southwind a few years ago, the desire for a "mid day" boat has been percolating. The Dominique has a deeper v, smoother ride, and mellow dual exhaust note that the 2002 S/N 196 doesn't. Very good for going out in some chop instead of flat water for skiing.
I was fortunate to be able to buy this boat (and a Correct Craft #4 trailer) from a very good friend who has kept it in excellent shape through the years. Boats are a bit like motorcycles in that one just can't do it all.
