My father bought this boat from the Los Angeles Boat Show in 1977. It's on a tandem Giroux trailer with 13" American Racing Spyder wheels. He replaced the factory gold/black carpet with custom black removable carpet with DOT snaps. We brought it home to Texas in 2020. I recently patched some cracks and re-epoxied the floor, as well as replacing the marine plywood and fuel tank slats. I was able to remove the painted-on CA vessel ID with a 3m headlight restoration kit. Replacing the wet exhaust tubes was a major challenge!
