Picked up this Mustang 17 for my winter project. She will receive a complete makeover. Interior, stringers, floor, gel coat and whatever else is required. Bought a month ago and have put about 10 hours on it to try and figure out if it needs anything other than the obvious. Engine has very few hours on it so that is good. Looking forward to getting the project underway. Plenty of time as I am a retired Tool/Die Maker from Rolls Royce. Having my own machine shop and fabricating shop will be a big plus. Background in Hot Rods and experimental aircraft will also help. All advice is appreciated - Duane in Indy.

Pictures are from start of restoration to present. Very light and very fast. Every mod done was to reduce weight. Highly modified 302 bored .060 over. Aluminum heads, Comp Cam and valve train.
