If you grew up skiing behind an inboard ski boat with a powerful V8 engine, this one will bring back those great memories of your youth.
Correct Craft was the forerunner of the great Nautique line of ski boats. This one is in nice original unrestored condition and will provide many years of thrills on the water and draw crowds at the marina.
Vintage 1972 Correct Craft Mustang – in-depth restoration undergone less than one year ago including all electrical system wiring (stem to stern) replaced.
Original vinyl seats with new factory correct carpeting. Hull is original with no damage, new flooring, tuned up (original) 302 Ford Holman Moody engine.
Less than 5 hours of water time since in-depth restoration costing over $ 5,500.00
The Ford Holman-Moody 302 engine sounds incredible. Extremely solid boat, excellent stringers, always stored indoors on the trailer since new - not a water or lift kept boat. Fresh water boat since new.
We purchased the boat from the original owners estate in 2020 in Alabama. He bought it new with the trailer upon his return from the Viet Nam war in 1972. Always a fresh water southern boat.
Comes with the original trailer as well. Runs strong, very dependable and reliable vintage ski boat ideal for slalom and barefooting. Factory teak swim platform.
Trailer should tow it safely anywhere in the southeast. Boat is currently winterized & can be inspected in person at Buford 30518 (Lake Lanier) Georgia by appointment.
Boat is currently insured for $ 12,000.00 (including trailer)
