I studied some of the previous threads for adding a winch to the 2001 trailer and made this thing. Haven't had a chance to try it yet as the boat has been launched and will sit on a lift until October. Its make from 2" X 4" square tube and 2" X 2" angle. It's completely bolt on in case I decide I don't like it. Winch is a 1500lb DL.
