I am looking for at least one quick pin that goes in the engine hatch hinges and I remember that someone on here makes the teak strips for the step pads, this is for a 1980 Ski-Tique.

you can buy new tread plates at west marine, the quick pins as you call them are just threaded rod with acron nuts on both ends.

McMaster Carr sells them . Search for "R grip marine pins". They have lots of sizes and lengths in stainless steel.
