I have a 1998 Nautique with a GT-40 EFI. When I tie the boat off in the water for the day, and it rocks in the waves it is very hard to restart, it has to turn over a lot before it will start. Any ideas?

I have a 1995 SN with the GT 40 EFI. I don't know if it's been discussed or resolved on this forum before but I always have trouble restarting a warm engine if it sits for ten or fifteen minutes. I think my engine vapor locks.

neither case effects an EFI engine. Tune the thing up correctly and you will not have an issue.
