My fiberglass muffler has begun to crumble where the hose clamps fit over it. I need a fixing solution or a new one. Let me know, I am taking on water. I have considered wrapping new glass around it but Im not sure it would even work. Thanks. Call 785-312-0351. I live in Lawrence KS.

with the proper techniques and materials I think its reapairable..search around...or go mufflerless!!! run hose or all the way or better SS pipe..badass sound...

As Seb above mentioned, the on site search feature is a fantastic tool. The problem is selecting the correct key words and then being patient. Using "muffler repair and setting the search for "older than 6 months" I found a post with several links. Seb, From your own post:

The best answer is 3" stainless or copper. Not that much louder. Just a nice destinct grumble.
