Hello,
I was upgrading the FF to 3.6.6 version. After this i get this error: MOZCRT19.dll is not a valid windows image. 1.I have uninstalled and reinstalled for 3-4 times with no help. Deleted the existing installation, even the profile folder etc. Still after the new installation gives same error. 2.Tried using the older version which was working on my PC, 3.5.7 but same error. Can someone guide what to do? Checked on Internet and i saw some servies.exe could be creating the issue. Can someone tell the issue? |

Hi ruth,
This type of problem usually occurs when setup.dll is missing from your computer. This dll file can be downloaded from here. http://dllcentral.com/mozcrt19.dll/8.00.0000/ Download it and then extract the downloaded zip file to the Windows System32 folder, which is located in Windows Drive. |
