Do a Google for "Chrome Home Heating Floor Vent"
No one here would have one that particular size. Or try "Marine Vent Covers" |

GuGi, Measure your vent one more time.
Dec. 4th it was 14" Today it's 16" |

A '74 Skier wouldnt have had an upholstered motorbox originally. That vent does not sound to be original either- Ive never seen a CC with such a large vent on it. Got a picture?

It sounds like a PO was running the boat in real HOT water and thought the engine needed some extra cooling! Ether that or he thought the normal vetilation to the bilge/dog house wasn't enough to supply "breathing" air for that engine and slowing him down! Yes, pictures would be great. |

4" x 16" soffit or under-eave vent.
You might not find one in Chrome. Gugi, Lowes or Home Depot. The Photo |
