Check cable that goes to rudder for loosness where it attaches to stringer. Check rudder arm at top of rudder. Have someone hold either rudder arm or rudder and check for play between them. If it has a "balanaced" rudder with a leading edge in front of the rudder post any movement will be exagerated particularly to one side because of prop wash. I'm sure others on this site have more experienced opinions.
