I HAVE AN 86 NAUTIQUE WOULD LIKE TO PUT A CHEVY 350 IN IT DID THEY COME WITH A CHEVY 350 IF SO CAN YOU GET MOUNTS AND WHAT IS DIFFERENT? HAS A FORD IN IT NOW.

First, no they did not come with GM engines. Right hand rotation Fords. I suppose your SBC is left hand, I would thing so. Is is a marine engine? You are gonna get allot of heat over this idea on this board. But people have done it with great success. Myself included. To answer your question, Yes, the vast majority of marine gassers are GM based and any decent mechanic will have a set of mounts stashed under his bench. Try Ebay or just go to Jerrys marine and buy new. I dont have the time or energy to walk you through the whole thing so do some research. It wont be hard. Maybe Ill take some pics of my install to help you out. |
