Did you loose the ones off the boat? If you still have them and they are simply bent, they can be straightened.

hi,

the first fin is broken, the second is twisted, the third is ok.

How to straight them? heat them up? i think they will brake maybe?

If you feel uncomfortable straightening them yourself, take them to a prop shop. They know how to handle brass alloys. If the bend isn't real bad, no heat is required. BTW, brass can be welded! That's how they repair missing sections of prop blades!
