dominique swivel seat

I am looking to convert the passenger seat in my 1986 ski nautique 2001 to a swivel seat like the Dominique had. I am trying to figure out what I may need. I have a couple questions.

1) Can someone tell me how far the seat base is from the inside boat sidewall. I know it needs room to swivel so was not sure the difference in the placement of the base as compared to the driver seat.   
2) Did the swivel base also have sliders so the seat could move forward and back as well as swivel.

Any other information or pictures etc would be greatly appreciated.
