I have all my boats insured with Geico . I called to insure the 67 Mustang and was told they don't insure anything older than 40 years. Any suggestions of who will insure it?

I've got 2 or 3 grandfathered with Allstate before they changed to where they won't insure over 20 years old. My 69 Mustang is now insured with Progressive because I let it lasp for several years since I was not using it.

Mike,
Sorry I had to run and didn't have the time to explain my comment about Hagerty. I personally know 3 people who have had problems with claims. 2 had their claims denied and the 3rd was only given about 1/2 the repair cost. I have heard of others out there with the same problems but these 3 are first hand.

GEICO, through BoatUS, went up a ridiculous amount and reduced coverage so I called State Farm and insured my’92 with them.
