Looks to me like it was kinda emulsified before it leaked out of the transmission like Mpost suggested.

Nice and red on the dipstick. I think a bit of residual water in that groove in bilge. I guess I'm pulling the trans. this fall :-(

Pretty easy? check your trans fluid/oil level. provide water engine cooling source, start engine bring to temp. shut off engine.
Grab clean white rag, and lay it flat under bell housing in the bilge, Front transmission seal /  engine rear main seal area .
Take second white rag lay flat under transmission tail housing, Rear transmission seal.
Take third rag lay flat under oil pan drain kit fixture.
Take third white rag and wipe all the high pressure fluid hose connectors, check for fresh fluid.
Go have beer, or what ever for an hour or so.
Come back check rags and assess info on rags..

Maybe you  have some emulsified engine oil dripping out of the engine Wink

A leak doesn't make that milkshake appearance unless it was coming out already looking like a milkshake.

Take a little oil or ATF and drip it into a little water, it won't look like your picture unless you shake it up pretty good to get it mixed.

Yeah, this is strange. I'll get a few towels down and check the fittings. Dipstick oil is nice and clean.
