Can someone tell my how to jumpstart the boat if your starter is out. I might need to do this this weekend if I get stranded. Thanks, Dan

Dan, I'm sorry to say that if your starter is out, then no mater what you do it won't turn over the engine. However, If the problem is the starter solenoid (back by the red button) that can be jumped. Jumping the large terminals with the two big red wires on them will send power directly from the battery to the starter. A jumper cable can be used and don't forget to turn on your ignition switch so the engine will start. Do not keep the jumper connected. Just jump when you want the starter to turn over the engine. If you jump it and nothing happens, then it is the starter.
