Give it a shot of Kroil, PB Blaster or some other type of penetrating oil and let it soak for a while. I don't think you should have to worry about breaking the hull.....rounding the head might be another matter.

Any idea on how to defrost the bilge drain plug? I donīt want to apply to much force as it migth round the nut or brake the hull.
