Thanks for the replies, I think I got it. Makes since now. I am 3/4 of the way done with the project, that thing called work keeps getting in the way. I will post a complete project pictorial when I am satisfied with SemperFIsh. Thanks for the help 8122pbrainard, TRBenj, and tkbsurf. I am always interested in pics of other Fish Nautiques. Helps with the restoration of this one. My Grandpa took it apart some time ago and its hard to know what goes where, but the pics really help. I will post another question soon I am sure.

I have a 88' Fish. It is equiped with a single blower mounted on the Port side exiting the vents installed in the center console. The other vents are in place to ventalate while running. Two forward and two aft. I could post some pics if I can figure out how to do it.

Not sure if this helps, but Dave detailed his bulkhead repair:

Duane, I see that no one has responded on this so I thought I would comment. I would have to think that the bilge vent set up in a Fish wouldn't be different than in other models. One vent is static without the power ventilator for normal venting while underway. The other with the blower you found is for the venting of the bilge before starting. I would not power vent both.

Can anyone provide Pics or a description of their bilge ventilation set up on a Fish Nautique? I am redoing a '78 FN and need to know if there was only one blower mounted on the starboard side. There were two ventilation hoses on each side, but in the mess of parts, I only found one blower. I have thought of actually mounting another on the port side and will make a mounting bracket using wood and fiberglass, since I did not find a pre-existing mount for it. I also need the funnel looking part that the vent hoses(3 in) hook up to and mounts the hoses behind the louevered vents, does anyone know a good parts place for this? Thanks,
Capt Duane
