Platforms can be hard to find. "Flounderpounder" (google that) in florida has a bunch of surplus/used ones that they sell. You would probably have to cut it down as most are for bigger boats. Some people have made nice looking ones. Do a search on this site for "platform" and a bunch of threads will come up. As far as brackets, check in with boat doc, he is a sales rep for "Alloy Marine" or google alloy marine directly.
