Eh, I have seen worse, if its just top portion that is worrying you there the cracking around the top isnt really an issue it would be more if the bushing below that had degraded. There is more importance to the bushing on the bottom of that mount and if that looks good I wouldnt worry too much about it.

Hi,

I am planning to check the alignment and probably replace my strut bearing as well (on my '89 SN2001).

What is worrying me is the state of my mounts on the gearbox... they look squashed and a bit perished. Do you guys think these should be replaced? Or do they normally look like this after a few years?

I'll try get a pic of the main motor mounts, but I think they look fine.

Any advice would be great.
