you probably already checked this but of the 49 boats sold on this site the average price was around 6600 with the high price 12500. Keith could probably hook you up with specific examples of sales over the last year.

We recently lost our 1980 Ski Nautique in a fire. Our boat was in exceptional conditional but the boats used by the valuation company to determine the value of ours were not comparable. If you bought or sold an exceptional 1980 or 1981 Ski Nautique using a third party (marina, broker, etc.) during the summer or fall and would be willing to provide contact information for the third party to our insurance company, please send us an email.
