They are knowledgeable about inboard stuff, not specificaly Correct Craft stuff. I think they are more cautious than anything when recommending specific part for specific models. That said, I do use them, but try to have my needs sorted out first. |

Dont call SkiDIM, they may not be sure. They couldnt tell what I needed on my '90 or dad's '03 with absolute certainty. Measure it!

Call skidim they have a link on this site they will know what you need and the price will fair. I recomend the goretex packing. I just puy mine in last week, very easy.

Pete recommends using a drill bit to measure the space in the packing nut.

tried several ways to determine correct packing size for rudder and stuffing box. i want to get the order the correct size the first time. most threads I read lead to 3/16 as the size to use, just want to be sure. 84 ski,1 inch shaft, 1:1 ratio, 351 commmander.thanks in advance. Reno J.
