The weak link is the threaded 'ears' for the cover screws. These will break if over tightened.

I have the engine label. Waukesha, Clinton IOWA plant is says.
I think I like the heavy, thick brass housing. Looks like it will last forever (replacing the impeller and seal ring). It looks like new, 36 years down the road! |

Yup, looks right to me. Which 302 marinization package used the Jabsco pump? Palmer?

I am replacing the impeller. It is clearly marked Jabsco 1210-0001 (found SKIDIM correct part).
I didn't realize it was so tight and the blades lay over so far. Is this the correct fit? Thanks. |
