Is this what your looking for? Although CARQUEST has the same thing for $7- You just have to put your elbow in it.It also comes with 2 new PCV grommets! I'll post a pic later on at home.

I need an oil breather/filler cap for a 1982 351 Windsor. It is the twist in style with the 90 degree fitting and hose that goes over to the flame arrestor. Would like to get one in good shape that still has the gasket intact. Gundriver if you read this Eric Lavine thinks you may have one. If anyone has one please contact me. 713-962-1631.
