You are absolutley right.. I was originally told by the guy I bought it from that it had a 351 Cleveland.. Through some research I have found that one of the major differences between the Windsor and the Cleveland is that the water goes through the intake manifold on the Windsor, and not on the Cleveland.. (Of course it does go through the manifold on mine or it wouldn't have a 3 inch crack in it! I guess the previous owner didn't winterize it correctly.) I finally found a junk yard that has one on a truck.. I have to take it off myself, but it's $65 so I am going to go with that. Then I just have to block off the emmissions stuff and should be good to go.
