If its sunbrella, I highly recommend cleaning and waterproofing with 303 products (its the only stuff sunbrella recommends). I used the fabric cleaner and then the fabric guard on my bimini and it looks great and sheds water.

I heard Oxy Clean does a decent job. I won't recommend bleach.

Ran mine (Sunbrella) through the wash, mild detergent, hung to dry. If the material was treated to resist water you will need to re-treat if you so choose, since it's not a "cover" per say, it really is not necessary, if anything perhaps a UV protectant would be all you need.

i was just wondering if anyone has ever removed their bimini top (white in color) and soaked it with a little bleach and then washed it in the washing machine..... or any other cleaning ideas....
