LOL. Magic of the internet. I had never heard of the cake either so I did a google search. Must have been 50 recipes, so I just picked one.
Ahemmmm. I'm sure there are some that would suggest the birthday girl should . . . well, you get the idea. BKH |

Wow! BK Thanks! Her's is a little different. I think it came from Rachel Ray. Angel Food, choco chips, coffee and whipped cream.
Enjoyed some AK crab legs and shrimp. And cake. Had it not been RAINING, I was planning to launch and head up the lake 5 miles to a restaurant. Looks like tomorrow might be our only rain free day for the month. Birthday Girl rides tomorrow! Thanks Guys! |

If that's all she wants, you are getting away pretty easily. Suck it up and smile while you do it. BKH
HEAVENLY HASH CAKE 2 c. sugar 2 sticks butter 4 tbsp. cocoa 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. self rising flour 2 c. pecans 1 tsp. vanilla Mix butter and sugar and cream well; then add cocoa and beat well. Then one egg at a time, beating well after each egg. Add flour and mix well, then chopped pecans. Bake in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan at 325 degrees for about 40 minutes. When done, add icing. ICING: 1 box confectioners sugar 4 tbsp. cocoa 4 tbsp. butter 8 tbsp. milk or cream 1 pkg. lg. marshmallows |

AKA Mrs. DrCC
She wants me to make her "Heavenly Hash Cake" Is this an over-the-line request? Or should I just suck-it-up and do it? AT |
