It can only be the PMI or the keypad. The PMI or black box is not servicable. It is full of SS relays. Sound like water damage. If the horn is the only issue with operation, put a seperate switch from the battery to the horn. Unhook the horn wire to the PMI. Hope you are back on the water soon.

I have a 2000 AIR NAUTIQUE and when I hook up my battery all three green lights on my keypad are lit. They wont shut off so I cant enter my code. ALso, If I hit the horn it stays on until I disconnect the battery. Any ideas out there? Please.... Thanks
